Salvation…

If you are searching and your journey has brought to this place where you are saying: I feel a void and nothing I’ve done or accomplished will fill that void–YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE! Jesus is the answer. Your journey begins here–by faith. In order to receive Jesus Christ into your heart, you must do it by faith. You must believe that God is real, He sent Jesus to die for your sins (everyone of them), and that He rose from the dead. It is because Jesus rose, your sins (all of them) are forgiven and you are now a part of the family of God. You can pray this prayer out loud alone or with a friend:

Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. acknowledging that I am a sinner,I am sorry for my sins and I need your forgiveness.
I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins.
You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9, that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved.
I confess Jesus as the Lord of my life with my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead, and by faith I accept Jesus Christ as my personal Savior and according to your Word, I am saved.
Thank you Jesus for your grace and giving me eternal life.
Amen.

Now that you are born again, it is important that you find a bible believing church so that you can grow spiritually. If you live in the area, we would love to have you join us @ LWCCI!

If you just recieved Jesus into your heart, we would love to hear from you. Welcome to the family (of God)

…and beyond

Here are just a few tools you can use, in addition to fellowship, that will help you along the way a you discover a very “personal” Jesus.

Once you have accepted Jesus into your life, your position in God’s kingdom changed—you are no longer a sinner, but a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17), and an heir of God (Romans 8:17). God loves you unconditionally and wants to bless you. He is forever on your side (Romans 8:31), and He has declared that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). It is very important for you to continue hearing about Jesus, who you are in Him, and to learn of all the blessings that He purchased at the cross for you to enjoy.

It can not be overstated how important finding a local body of believers is. Fellowship is essential to your growth. To help you in your journey as a believer, we encourage you to find and attend a church where you live. We believe that it is the heart of God for every believer to find, belong to and grow in a community where they hear and are encouraged through the preaching and teaching of the Word (Hebrews 10:25). In a local church, you will also receive the love, guidance and support of fellow believers and church leaders. Trust the Lord to lead you to a local church that will help you see, hear and learn more about Christ.

Prayer and reading the bible should now become a part of your daily routine. It will be challenging at first, but keep at it!

Use the Bible Reading Plans to help you.

Say it. Pray it. Believe it.

God has given us a powerful method to obtain His promises and it is up to us to use it. Confession, biblically, is when you speak the Word of God out loud. What you speak will release either faith or doubt. Every time you speak, you are activating spiritual forces that will affect your life. Be mindful of the words you speak and make sure you continually speak only what God has said in His Word.
